PhilHealth Member Portal

As per PhilHealth Advisory No. 2020-056, the PhilHealth Member Portal for Membership Services is now available in the PhilHealth website, www.philhealth.gov.ph. Members can now: 

1. View their personal information.
2. Verify their contribution records. 
3. Print a copy of their Member Data Record (MDR).

To access, members must register and create their own account using their PhilHealth Identification Number (PIN) and personal password.

For further inquiries, you may call our PhilHealth Call Center at (02) 8441-7442 or through any of the PhilHealth Regional Offices and Local Health Insurance Offices.
